If anyone ever finds that their Preview in Web Browser does not work... it could be Skype. Even if you deselected the port 80 connection option in the Tools\options under Skype, it still hogs the stupid port sometimes.

Ways to debug it: download "Active Ports" and you can see port 80 hogged by "unknown" (but it is Skype, the slime)

Ways to get around it (I think...): make sure nhttp.exe was started before you chatted on Skype, if you rebooted your machine. If not, just close down Skype, reboot Notes, and do a Preview in Web Browser. Make sure you Ctrl-Refresh your Internet Explorer, by the way (another little bit of time wasted on THAT, stupid cache, when ARE they putting in the shortcut to preview on Firefox). Then you can open Skype up again.
